Week Dates This takes you to where you can see week dates, their Saturday, Monday and Friday dates, and the Asda and Tesco matching weeks.
Find Outlets This takes you to where you can search our database for stores.
Check URN Gaps This makes sure all required URN's are properly recorded in the list of gaps.

Enter numbers in the left hand white column, with values between 0 and 255, and the hexadecimal equivalents will appear in the grey right hand column.
 
Handle Duplicate Products in Jobs Return to Useful Things

You need to fill these 2 sets of boxes, which define which is the product to be replaced (old) and which is it going to be replaced with (new).

Below is a list of all the products

They can be filtered by brand or by manufacturer using the lists near the bottom and the Apply ApplyFilterButton.jpg and Remove RemoveFilterButton.jpg filter buttons (highlighted in red)
They can be sorted by the buttons along the top of the list of products, in alternating ascending and descending order.

Once you have found the product you are looking for, click either the Old OldButton.jpg or the New NewButton.jpg button
OldButton.jpg selects the product as the one to be replaced.
NewButton.jpg selects the product which is to overwrite the old one.
Once you have selected the product to be replaced and the product to do the replacing click ReplaceButton.jpg and you will get this message to confirm what you want done.

It may take a while to apply the changes, but you can watch the progress in the progress bar, and when it is finished the products will disappear from the boxes at the top.

Week Dates Return to Useful Things

This shows you the Storecheck Week Dates, and shows the Saturday, Monday and Friday dates for each week date.
Where the data is available it also shows the Asda and Tesco week dates too.
 
Find Outlets Return to Useful Things

In the upper section, select the store group you want to search in, and then enter the branch number and or some or all of thee postcode.

The branch number looks for an exact match, whereas the postcode looks for any postcode beginning with what you enter.
If you enter values in both branch number and postcode, outlets will be found which meet either criteria.
By default whether the outlet is active or a duplicate is ignored, but you can choose to filter by these properties too.
Click SyncButton.jpg to make sure that the records for the selected store group are synchronized between the two servers.
Click AddNewButton.jpg to add a new outlet to the currently selected store group.

To back out at any time click UndoButton.jpg
Fill in the details you have. You will not be able to change the store group the outlet belongs to, and you need to enter something into one of Address 1 to 4
Store Name should uniquely identify the store EG Slough Asda, Hinkley Road Birmingham Tesco Extra, Finchley Road, Sainsburys.
Fascia is what the sign over the outlets entrance EG Asda Living, Tesco Extra, Sainsbury's Local.
When you have entered all you can click SaveButton.jpg and it will be saved.
 
To start the search click BinoxButton.jpg and you should get something like this.

If you want to edit the outlet click the EditButton.jpg next to it and you will get something like this.

When you have editted al you want to click SaveButton.jpg and it will be saved.
