Standard Reports       Excel Pivot Table This takes you to where you can choose which excel template you want to use, and then copy it local. Crystal Reports This takes you to where you can choose which crystal report template you want to use, and then copy it local. Other Reports This takes you to where you can choose which template, not excel or crystal report, you want to use, and then copy it local.   NB There are no Other Reports at the moment. This is just a contingency for future plans. Return to Reports Menu This takes you back to the Reports Menu     Excel Pivot Tables Return to Standard Reports Select the template you want to use, and then click Copy Selected Template and Rename It You will then be asked where you want the copy saved, and what you want to call it. The copy will then be opened in excel, and you will need to right click on each data sheet. Chart sheets usually do not need to have their data updated as they are fed by the data sheets.     Crystal Reports Return to Standard Reports Select the template you want to use, and then click Copy Selected Template and Rename It You will then be asked where you want the copy saved, and what you want to call it.
