|
This takes you to a form where you can see which Causal Data that has already been gathered centrally. You can then download the already prepared data, or clean it up.

This takes you to a form where you can see which Brand CACI Strength and Opportunity by Brand, Group and Week Date that has already been gathered centrally. You can then download the already prepared data, or clean it up.

This takes you to a form where you can see which Product CACI Strength and Opportunity by Brand, Group and Week Date that has already been gathered centrally. You can then download the already prepared data, or clean it up.

Central Causal Data

This form shows a list of the causal data, by Job, Client, Group, Job Type and Owner, which has been gathered in the central database.

You can download data from here, which will be faster than doing it from scratch as the data has already been gathered.

You can filter the list using the buttons below.

The Select All and Deselect All buttons will do exactly what they say when there is no filter applied to the form, but when there is a filter applied, the selection/deselection will only apply to the jobs shown in the filter.

The Delete Owners Data button deletes the causal data which has been gathered on the central database which belongs to the owner you have selected in the owner drop down list. This only deletes the gathered data, not the original data.
|
|
The Make Current User button changes the current user to the one selected in the owner drop down list.
|
|
The Delete button at the bottom of the form deletes all the causal data which has been gathered on the central database which you have selected. This only deletes the gathered data, not the original data.

You can use the buttons below to download data already gathered centrally

Select the data you want to download by ticking the relevant check boxes.

Choose who you the downloaded data to belong to.
|
|
As Is means with the user name it was originally generated with.
|
|
If you select As you will need to enter a name in the text box which is made available to you.
|
|
The final option will be to download it to the current user name. In this example As ChloeMER.
|
|
The default destination is Realize.mdb which has to be in C:\Program Files\Realize\, but if you tick the CSV check box it will downloaded to a CSV file in C:\Program Files\Realize\ called CausalData.csv
|

Once you are happy with your choices click Download
|

Once you have finished with checking what data is available centrally, click and you will return to Central Maintenance
