Distribution Calculations
|
|
This does the distribution calculations on all the EPOS Extract data you have already downloaded.
|
|
Select Products
|
|
This takes you to where you can see a summary of the the results from the calculations, and then select the products to be included in the Distribution Crystal Report and Excel Export.

Distribution Crystal Report
|
|
This opens \\Data_server1\inetserv\Promotions\Resources\REPORT FORMATS\Reports\Distribution.rpt and refreshes it with data produced by the calculations above, optionally filtered by Product.

Distribution Excel Export
|
|
This takes you to where you can specify where you want the data behind the crystal report exported to and how much extra data should be included.
|
|
Distribution Losses Excel Export
|
|
This is based on data downloaded by Product CACI (not EPOS Extract), and shows stores which have had no EPOS Data or zero sales in the time period the data covers. This takes you to where you can specify where you want the data exported to and how much extra data should be included.

Bendicks Trial Reports
|
|
This takes you to some specific reports only for Bendicks Trial Products.

You can sort this list of products by group in alternating ascending and descending order using these buttons.

To select a product to be included in the reports just put a tick here
|
If you want to see graphs showing the progress of the product in the group of the time period click and you will get this.

By clicking on the relevant tabs you will also be able to these.

Enter the name of the file you want to export to.
|
|
Click and navigate to the folder you want the file created in, and it will appear here.
|
|
|
You can choose to have all outlets included, or just the ones with EPOS Data.
|
|
|
You can choose to have complete addresses included, just the region (default), or omit the addresses of the outlets completely
|
|
|
You can choose to a 4 digit year (2007), a 2 digit year (07), or you can choose to omit the year altogether (default).
|
|
You can choose to the full month (September), a 3 character month (Sep) (default), or you can choose to have a 2 digit numeric month (09)
|
|
|
You can also choose to include various other bits of data.
|
|
|
NB If there is a possibility you will want to put the data back into our database, leave the Product ID and Outlet ID in.

Once you are happy with your specifications, click

Click to make sure the tables which are the source of these reports have the most recent EPOS data in them.

The most useful report here is the Dual Products Report, and to get this just click .
