If you do have a user name please call Storecheck on 01753 648800, during office hours to get a user name. If you forget your password, use the Forgotten Your Password available on the Storecheck website Logon   Enter a password in here   Then click and you should get this   If you get this message it means you have made a type in the user name or password, or that internet connections to check the user name and password have failed.
